Hi. I.m 51 years old and have spinal disk injury. I.m overweight and would like to start a programme to loose weight, excercise and reduce my back pain if possible. I.m lost and don.t know from where I can start and what I can do. If you can help and advice me which treatments and exercises I can do at your astablishment. Also if you can guide me on prices for such programmes. I would be really grateful.
Thanks in anticipation.
